How Ground Delivery Works
Once your adoption is confirmed, our logistics team pairs your puppy with one of our certified pet nannies. Each nanny is trained in canine first aid, puppy temperament management, and safe vehicle restraint systems. Your puppy travels in a climate-controlled vehicle with scheduled rest stops every two to three hours for hydration, bathroom breaks, and gentle socialization.
We coordinate directly with the breeder or rescue to arrange a smooth handoff, complete with a veterinary health check within 24 hours of departure. You receive real-time GPS tracking and photo updates throughout the trip so you always know exactly where your new family member is.

Ground delivery typically takes one to three days depending on distance. Routes are planned to minimize total travel time while maximizing puppy comfort. We never transport more than two puppies per vehicle to ensure each pup receives individual attention and care throughout the trip.
