Guide prospective rehomers through their puppy journey from first inquiry to happy homecoming. You will be the bridge between families and breeders, coordinating matches, answering breed-specific questions, managing waiting lists, and ensuring every rehoming is a perfect fit. Approved concierge applicants receive their own dashboard to manage clients and track matches in real time.
Requirements: Animal welfare knowledge / Excellent communication / Customer service experience
Breeder Relations Manager

Full-Time
Recruit, vet, and support responsible breeders joining the Pups of Hope network. You will conduct background checks, review health documentation, ensure compliance with our ethical breeding standards, and maintain ongoing relationships with our breeder partners to guarantee the highest quality puppies reach our platform.
Requirements: Animal husbandry background / Relationship management / Attention to detail
Rescue & Shelter Coordinator
Remote / Hybrid
Full-Time
Work directly with rescue organizations, shelters, and foster networks to onboard displaced puppies onto our platform. You will manage intake profiles, coordinate medical assessments, oversee foster-to-rehoming transitions, and ensure every rescue pup gets the visibility and support it needs to find a forever home.
Requirements: Rescue/shelter experience / Logistics coordination / Compassion-driven mindset
Content & Social Media Specialist
Remote
Part-Time / Contract
Tell the stories of our puppies, rehomers, and partners across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and our NDC International Network Roku channel. You will produce compelling photos, videos, and written content that drives engagement, grows our community, and raises awareness for puppies in need of rehoming.
Requirements: Social media expertise / Copywriting / Photo & video editing
Puppy Travel & Logistics Coordinator
Remote / On-Call
Full-Time
Manage ground and air delivery logistics for puppies traveling to their new families nationwide. You will coordinate with USDA-certified carriers, track shipments in real time, handle travel health certificates, and ensure every puppy arrives safe, comfortable, and stress-free at their destination.
Requirements: Logistics or supply chain experience / Animal transport knowledge / Detail-oriented
