The Beginning
How Pups of Hope Began
In 2019, our founder witnessed firsthand how many healthy, loving puppies were falling through the cracks of an outdated rehoming system. Shelters were overwhelmed, responsible breeders had no trusted platform to find qualified families, and puppy seekers were navigating a maze of unreliable listings and scams.
Pups of Hope was created to solve that problem. We built a platform that verifies every breeder, rescue, shelter, and foster before they list a single puppy. Each litter is documented with health records, parent lineage, and transparent pricing. The result is a marketplace where trust is the default, not the exception.
What started as a small directory of local rescues has grown into a nationwide network connecting thousands of families with puppies who need homes. Our Promise
A Commitment to Responsible Rehoming
Every puppy on Pups of Hope is backed by our Rehoming Guarantee. If at any point within the first year your puppy’s placement isn’t working, our concierge team will step in to help rehome the puppy again at no additional cost. We never abandon a puppy or a family.
We also require every breeder and rescue partner to provide up-to-date vaccination records, microchipping confirmation, and a veterinary health certificate before any puppy is listed. No exceptions. Your trust is the foundation we build every match on.

For me, it’s never about how many puppies pass through our hands, but how many hearts they transform once they reach their forever home.
