How quickly will I hear back after submitting the contact form?
Our concierge team responds to every inquiry within 24 hours on business days. During weekends, allow up to 48 hours for a reply.
Can I visit puppies in person before adopting?
Yes. We coordinate in-person visits with verified breeders, rescues, and shelters whenever possible. Contact us to schedule a meet-and-greet.
What delivery options do you offer?
We offer both ground and air travel options nationwide. Ground transport uses climate-controlled vehicles with trained handlers, while air delivery is available for longer distances. Pricing varies by distance and puppy size.
Do you accept Klarna or other financing options?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe and offer Klarna Pay in 4, which lets you split your payment into four interest-free installments. Select Klarna at checkout.
How do I register as a breeder, rescue, or foster?
Head to our Partner Registration page and choose your role. Complete the application, connect your Stripe account, and once approved by our team you will receive your own dashboard to start listing puppies.
