Nannie Concierge Air Travel

When distance or timing matters, our Nannie Concierge Air Travel service sends a trained flight nanny to accompany your puppy in-cabin on a commercial flight. Your puppy never rides in cargo — they fly cabin-class, seated comfortably beneath a professional escort who monitors hydration, temperature, and comfort from takeoff to landing.

Delivery window: Same day or next day

Trained puppy nanny accompanies every flight in-cabin

Nationwide airport-to-airport or door-to-door

Never cargo — always in the cabin with a human companion

Cargo Travel

For larger breeds or when cabin space is not available, our USDA-certified cargo travel option ensures safe, climate-controlled transport in the pressurized cargo hold.

Cargo Travel

Some breeds are too large to fly in-cabin, or certain routes may require cargo transport. Our cargo travel service uses USDA-certified airline pet cargo programs with pressurized, climate-controlled holds that maintain the same temperature and air pressure as the passenger cabin. Every puppy travels in an airline-approved hard-sided crate with a comfort liner, fresh water, and food.

Pressurized, climate-controlled cargo hold

USDA-approved airline-compliant crate included

Pre-flight health certificate and all documentation handled

Real-time flight tracking and arrival notification

Ideal for medium to large breeds over 20 lbs

ESA Registration

Register Any Puppy as an Emotional Support Animal

This service is open to everyone — you do not need to purchase a puppy from Pups of Hope.

Whether your Puppy came from a breeder, a rescue, a shelter, or has been your loyal companion for years, we can help you get them officially registered as an Emotional Support Animal and receive the ESA licence. We streamline the entire registration process, connecting you with licensed mental health professionals who evaluate your need and issue a legitimate ESA letter — all for a one-time fee of $200. No subscription, no ongoing charges, and no prior relationship with Pups of Hope required.

What Happens After You Apply

The Pups of Hope ESA Process

Our ESA process is rooted in compassion and clinical integrity. Every step is designed to protect you, your animal, and the legal validity of your documentation.

01

You Will Receive a Call From a Licensed Psychologist

After you submit your ESA application and payment, you will receive a call from a licensed Pups of Hope psychologist. This first conversation is required before any ESA documentation can be issued. It is a warm, supportive introduction designed to understand your needs and begin the ESA process with care.

02

A Required Clinical Meeting

Every ESA applicant must complete an initial meeting with our psychologist. This meeting allows us to understand your emotional needs, your living situation, and how an emotional support animal can best support your wellness. ESA documentation can only be provided after this required clinical meeting.

03

Expect a Call Within 24 to 48 Hours

Once your application is complete, expect a call from a Pups of Hope psychologist within 24 to 48 hours. This call is not a test or evaluation. It is simply the first step in building a therapeutic relationship and ensuring your ESA support is ethical, appropriate, and aligned with your healing.

04

No Letter Without a Meeting

We do not issue letters without first speaking with you. Your psychologist will meet with you, listen to your story, and guide you through the steps needed to receive your ESA documentation. Before any ESA letter or approval is released, you will have a required meeting with our licensed psychologist to ensure your emotional support animal is truly suited to your needs and that your documentation is legally and clinically sound.

Your Rights With an Approved ESA Letter

What Your ESA Documentation Protects

An approved ESA letter gives you legal protection and allows your emotional support animal to live with you in housing that normally does not allow pets. With valid ESA documentation:

    • Landlords cannot deny you housing because of your emotional support animal

    • Pet fees and pet deposits cannot be charged for your ESA

    • Breed and weight restrictions do not apply to registered emotional support animals in housing

    • You cannot be forced to give up your animal due to “no-pet” policies in your building

    • Your ESA credentials ensure you cannot be discriminated against in housing because of your animal

Your emotional support animal is recognized as part of your mental and emotional wellness plan, and your rights are protected under the Fair Housing Act. While ESAs do not have public access rights like service Puppies, your ESA credentials ensure you are protected in your home.
