Not sure which breed or puppy fits your life? Our concierge matching service pairs you one-on-one with a Pups of Hope specialist who learns your household, schedule, and preferences — then finds the puppy who belongs with you.
How Concierge Matching Works
Choosing a puppy is one of the most consequential decisions a family makes. The wrong match leads to behavioral struggles, rehoming, and heartbreak on both sides. Our concierge service exists to prevent that. A dedicated matching specialist conducts a detailed intake covering your living situation, activity level, experience with dogs, children and other pets in the home, allergy considerations, and long-term lifestyle goals.
Armed with that profile, your concierge searches our full network of verified breeders, rescues, shelters, and foster homes. They evaluate temperament assessments, health histories, and lineage data to build a shortlist of puppies uniquely suited to your household. You receive a curated presentation with photos, video introductions, and detailed notes on why each puppy made the list.

We told our concierge we needed a calm, hypoallergenic breed that would be patient with our toddler. Three days later she introduced us to Daisy, a Cavalier King Charles who is now the center of our world. The match was perfect.
